1. The Services

The website offers free nutrition tools — calorie and macro calculators, a food database and articles. The NutriAI app estimates calories and macronutrients from food photos and manual input and helps you keep a meal history.

2. Not medical advice

NutriAI provides general information and estimates only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Talk to a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

3. Accuracy of estimates

Nutrition values on the website and estimates in the app are approximate. Real values depend on ingredients, portion sizes and preparation, and AI recognition can make mistakes. Use the results as guidance, not as exact measurements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse them — for example, not to copy or scrape content at scale, reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation or upload content that you have no right to use.

5. Subscriptions and billing (app)

• NutriAI may offer weekly, monthly or annual subscription plans. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account after you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged; otherwise it converts into the paid plan shown at checkout.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including texts, design, logos and software, belong to NutriAI or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep the rights to the photos you upload and give us permission to process them to provide the Services.

7. Third-party services and links

The Services link to and rely on third parties, such as the App Store. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We try to keep them available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after an update, the updated Terms apply.
